Wednesday March 20, 2013 ELA Lesson SS8 - "A Hard Day's Night." The objective of this lesson was that students can interpret word choice, figurative language, plot, setting, and characters work together to create mood and tone. This was a read and discuss class. We read the story "Jasmin" and discussed some of the elements using the notes on plot from last day's lesson - if you missed this class you are not responsible for anything.

This was a work class. If you missed this class you are responsible to work on your short story. You should have a "good start"( two to three paragraphs). The theme of your story must be change and you need to have at least two characters. Remember if you do not have a problem - you do not have a story!
