Technological Integration
On the following drop down boxes you will find ways that I hope to integrate technology into the classroom. I aim to use technology as a tool to assist in the delivery of the stated outcomes. To graduate 21st Century students, educators must stay apprised of technology and make use of all that they can get their hands on. Most students have personal devices that enables them to connect to the world, we embrace this opportunity and allow our students to show what they know to the world.
2017 Update: I don't believe that I need a specific "Technology Portfolio" page on my website. I believe I am "talking the talk and walking the walk" when it comes to technological integration. I feel that I use technology seamlessly in my class. Students access my website and use Chromebooks just like the previous generation used paper, pencils and textbooks. I am frequently on Twitter following and interacting with peers from around the world, I update my classroom website on a daily basis and if you ask my students they will tell you that a Kahoot! is the best thing since sliced bread. I strive to stay on top of the Education Technology trends that may benefit my student learning.
